CareClinic on Mac and the Web: Your Health Record on a Big Screen

CareClinic › Getting Started › Mac and Web

Some things are easier on a big screen: describing a flare in your own words, or looking back over three months of charts before a specialist visit. CareClinic for Mac and CareClinic for Web use the same account as your phone, so everything is already there.

Install CareClinic for Mac

  1. Open the Mac App Store and install CareClinic. It needs macOS 14 or later.
  2. Open it and sign in with the same Apple, Google or email login you use on your phone.
  3. Today, Timeline, Check-in, Insights and More appear in the sidebar, filled in from your account.

Open CareClinic for Web

Nothing to install, so it works on a work laptop, a tablet or a shared computer.

  1. Go to CareClinic for Web and choose Open CareClinic on the web.
  2. Sign in with your CareClinic account.
  3. See what is due, check in, browse your Timeline and manage care plans from the browser.

What the big screen is good for

Longer notes

A full keyboard gives you room to describe what happened while you still remember the details.

Months of charts

Line up a symptom against the week a medication changed, on a screen big enough to see it.

Visit prep

Read the Timeline since your last appointment and pick the one pattern worth raising.

Connect Dexcom or Oura on the web

  1. Sign in to CareClinic for Web and open Integrations.
  2. Tap Connect Dexcom for glucose readings or Connect Oura Ring for sleep and readiness.

Tip Apple Health connects only through the iPhone app, because a computer cannot read it. Connect it once on your iPhone and that data appears on your Mac and on the web too.
