Your watch, ring, scale and glucose monitor already collect a lot about you. Connect them once and that data flows into CareClinic on its own, so you type less and your charts tell a fuller story.
Open Integrations
- Tap More, then Integrations.
- On iPhone you will see Apple Health, Import Records and Siri. On Android you will see Health Connect.
- Import Records brings lab results, medications, conditions and other records from your hospital into CareClinic. The Import Medical Records guide walks through it.
See the Integrations list and Apple Health settings before syncing.
Connect Apple Health on iPhone
Apple Health is where your Apple Watch, scale and many other apps already save their data.
- Tap Apple Health. Syncing from Apple Health is part of CareClinic Premium.
- Choose what to sync in each section, such as Sleep, Workout, Activity, Body, Measurements and Fluid.
- When the Apple Health permission sheet appears, allow the data types you picked.
- Synced items show up in the matching tracker, ready to review at check-in.
Tip No permission sheet? Open the iPhone Settings app, tap Health, then Data Access and Devices, then CareClinic, and choose Turn On All. Then return to CareClinic.
Medications in the Health app
Apple Health can send medications and symptoms you logged in the Health app.
In CareClinic
You match each one to a tracker and confirm it before anything is saved, so nothing lands in the wrong place.
Connect Health Connect on Android
Health Connect gathers data from Fitbit, Samsung, Pixel Watch and many other Android apps. It is free in CareClinic.
- Tap Health Connect and allow the data types you want, such as sleep, steps, heart rate, weight and hydration.
- CareClinic brings in your recent history and keeps syncing new data.
- Wear a Fitbit, Samsung or Pixel watch? Let its app share to Health Connect and the data reaches CareClinic through the same connection.
Connect Dexcom or Oura on the web
- Open CareClinic for Web and sign in.
- Open Integrations.
- Tap Connect Dexcom for glucose readings or Connect Oura Ring for sleep and readiness.
Common questions
What does the CareClinic Apple Health integration sync?
Sleep, workouts, activity such as steps, body measurements like weight, vitals such as heart rate and blood pressure, and fluids. You choose each category, and you can turn any of them off later.
Can I connect Apple Health on the web or on my Mac?
Apple Health connects through the iPhone app, because a browser cannot read it. Once it is connected on your iPhone, the synced data appears in your account everywhere.
Can I sync from more than one source?
Yes. Sleep can come from your watch while you log symptoms and medications in CareClinic. Everything ends up on the same Timeline.
Can I import records from MyChart or my hospital?
Yes, on iPhone. Connect your hospital, including MyChart accounts, under Health Records in the Apple Health app first, then open More, Integrations, Import Records in CareClinic. The Import Medical Records guide shows each step.
