Ask anything
Start with the question on your mind.
You do not need to know where things live in the app. Ask Carey the way you would ask a friend who has read your health log.
Find a pattern in my data
Carey summarizes a date range, like your average severity, your highs and lows, and how often a symptom showed up.
How do I export a report?
Carey answers how-to questions and opens Reports, so you can share a summary with your doctor.
Set up a new tracker
Tell Carey what you want to follow, from sleep to blood pressure, and it takes you to Trackers to add it.
Built on what you log
Your entries become answers.
Carey works from the mood, symptom, medication, and measurement entries you already keep. The more you log, the more useful its answers get.

Carey learns what normal looks like for you from wearables like Apple Watch, plus Apple Health and Google Fit.
Alerts you set

Works on low-energy days

Questions about Carey
What is Carey AI?
Carey is the AI assistant built into the CareClinic app. It answers questions about the health data you log, such as mood, symptoms, medications, and measurements, and helps you find your way around the app.
Is Carey free?
Yes. You can start with Carey for free, and your messages renew every week. Premium adds more messages and lets Carey look further back in your history.
Does Carey save anything without asking me?
No. When Carey prepares a form for you, it opens the form and waits. Nothing is saved until you review it and tap Save.
Is my health data private?
Your data stays in your CareClinic account. On newer iPhones with Apple Intelligence, chats are processed on your device. You can delete any conversation at any time.
Can Carey diagnose a condition or change my treatment?
No. Carey explains patterns in what you log. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace your doctor. Use your reports to talk through any changes with your care team.
How is Carey different from CareClinic MCP?
Carey lives inside the CareClinic app. CareClinic MCP connects your CareClinic data to outside assistants like ChatGPT and Claude, so you can ask questions there instead.
What is coming next for Carey?
Proactive health features are coming soon: a personal baseline from your wearables, alerts you set for each condition, and trigger answers that only appear when there is enough data.
Ask Carey your first question.
Free to start in the CareClinic app.
Carey provides information about the data you log and is not medical advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
