Every dose, symptom, reading and note lands on one dated Timeline. When your doctor asks "when did this start?", you can answer in seconds instead of guessing, and turn the last few weeks into a report for your visit.
Read your Timeline
Read a day from top to bottom and it tells a story: the short night, the skipped dose, the headache that followed.
- Tap Timeline in the bottom bar. Entries are grouped by day, newest first.
- Tap a filter chip like Medications, Symptoms or Mood to show only that kind of entry.
- Tap the date range at the top to choose how far back to look. The free plan shows the last 7 days, and CareClinic Premium lets you look back further.
Find and fix an entry
- Tap the search icon, type a name in Search Timeline and run the search.
- Open an entry and choose Edit Entry to change its value, time or note. You can also delete an entry. On iPhone and iPad editing is part of CareClinic Premium.
The example changes an Ibuprofen time to 8:30 AM, confirms Medication Time with the checkmark, then taps Update Check-in. The final Timeline view was recorded on a later return.

Turn your log into a report
A report gives your doctor the whole picture in a minute, without scrolling through your phone.
- In the Timeline menu, choose Prepare Report. It opens Documents, where Create Report (PDF) builds a report for the dates you pick. PDF reports are part of CareClinic Premium.

Tip Before an appointment, filter the Timeline to the symptom you want to discuss and look at the weeks since your last visit. You get the full story on one screen.
Common questions
Can I search my health history?
Yes. Use the search icon on the Timeline to find every entry for a medication, symptom, activity or note.
Why do some entries appear that I did not type?
Data synced from Apple Health or Health Connect, such as sleep and steps, appears on the Timeline next to your own check-ins.
How do I give my clinic a report?
Open the Timeline menu, choose Prepare Report, then Create Report (PDF) for the dates your clinic asks about. You can email it, print it or upload it to your patient portal.
