CareClinic MCP

Ask CareClinic about today's schedule, symptom patterns, and recent check-ins

Use selected health data in a supported AI health assistant. Review schedules, recent check-ins, or a descriptive pattern from a period you choose.

Informational only. Not medical advice or emergency care.

What you can ask

Ask for the record detail you need

Make a focused request. CareClinic MCP returns information related to that task instead of your entire record.

Available through Smithery: read-only schedules, recent activity, descriptive patterns, and catalog lookup. Compatible clients can also prepare a symptom or mood entry for review.

What is scheduled today?

Ask for scheduled medication and supplement entries. An empty result is valid when nothing is scheduled.

Show today's medication and supplement schedule from my CareClinic account.

What patterns appear in my records?

Review symptom, mood, and medication activity for a period you choose. Descriptions summarize what you recorded and do not establish a cause.

Can I prepare a check-in?

On compatible clients, prepare a symptom or mood entry, inspect its details, and choose whether to save. Medication writes are disabled.

Current MCP capability boundaries: verified reads cover schedules, recent activity, descriptive patterns, and catalog lookup. On compatible clients, symptom or mood writes are preview plus explicit confirmation only. Medication writes are disabled.

Privacy and control

Your record stays under your control

CareClinic is your source record. It shares only selected information for the task you request. The connected AI host may retain that result under its own policy. You can deny access, cancel an unsaved preview, or revoke the connection later.

Developer details for CareClinic MCP

The remote Streamable HTTP service uses OAuth authorization at https://mcp.careclinic.io/mcp. Its official registry identity is io.careclinic/health-tracker. Request only the scopes needed for the task: careclinic.wellness.read, careclinic.symptoms.write, or careclinic.mood.write. Saving a prepared symptom or mood entry still requires the separate confirmation card. Medication writes are disabled.

Common questions

What can I ask about?

Ask about today's schedule, recent symptom, mood, and medication activity, or descriptive patterns for a chosen period. On compatible clients, you can also prepare a symptom or mood entry for review.

Does the assistant see my entire record?

No. The connection returns selected information for the task you request. Normal reads leave out free-text notes and internal record identifiers that are not needed for that task.

Can an entry be saved without my confirmation?

No. On compatible clients, CareClinic shows an exact preview first and saves a symptom or mood entry only after you choose Confirm and save.

Can I record a medication event?

No. Medication event previews and writes are disabled. You can still review recorded medication activity and today's schedule.

What does Premium add?

Free and Premium accounts use the same connection and confirmation rules. Premium adds trend cards, seven-day chart values, and more detailed descriptive summaries.

Does this provide medical advice?

No. Results are informational and based on recorded data. CareClinic does not diagnose, infer causes, recommend treatment, or provide emergency care.

What information is shared?

Selected health information needed for your request can be shared with the connected host. The host may retain it under its own policy.

How do I disconnect?

Open the connection settings in the AI assistant and remove or disconnect CareClinic. Once revoked, the connection cannot make future requests unless you authorize it again.
