Appointments go better when you arrive with the address, the questions you meant to ask and a record of what was said last time. CareClinic keeps all of that with each visit, right next to your symptoms and medications.

On the day
Directions
Open the clinic address in your maps app for an in person visit.
Join
Open the video link for a virtual visit without hunting through email.
Call
Ring the office for a phone visit or when you are running late.
Tip The day before, open Insights or Timeline and look at the weeks since your last visit. One clear question about a pattern is worth more than a long list of worries.
Keep notes from the visit
Most of what a doctor says is forgotten by the time you reach the car. A few lines written straight after the visit keep it.
- Open the appointment and write what was decided: a dose change, a test to book, when to come back. Appointment notes are part of CareClinic Premium.
- Keep the letter or results they gave you in Documents, using Upload Document or Upload Image.
- Changed a medication? Update Your Plan the same day so your history shows the change.
Look back at past visits
- Open the Appointments card and use Search Appointment to find a visit by name.
- The free plan keeps up to 5 appointments. CareClinic Premium removes the limit and opens your past visits with their notes.
Common questions
Can I add an appointment for my child or a parent?
Yes. If they are one of your Dependents in Care Team, use Choose Who It's For when you add the appointment.
Can I add appointments to my phone's calendar?
Yes. Turn on Add to System Calendar when you save the appointment, and allow calendar access when your phone asks.
Can Carey tell me when my last visit was?
Yes. Ask Carey "When was my last doctor visit?" and it answers from your appointments.
