Refunds Policy
As we offer non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the user account is upgraded to premium. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the sales page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs (including web host) and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

The deactivation of your account does not constitute the deleting of your account and a automatic cancellation of your subscription as users have deactivated their account and reactivated in years later to manage other conditions and wanted to keep their data stores safely on our platform. Please email us to cancel your premium subscription.

Indemnification

CareClinic may transfer the Shared Data, Restricted Data, and Platform Use Data, including Personal Information, to any successor to its business as a result of any merger, acquisition, asset sale, bankruptcy proceeding, or similar transaction or event, with such successor bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy with respect to its use and disclosure of such information.
While we believe all individuals have these rights regarding their data, the European Union (EU) codifies them in the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). GDPR also requires that organizations have a legal basis for collecting and processing identifying information concerning individuals within the European Economic Area (EEA). There are three bases that apply to CareClinic and the Platform.

We need to use some identifying information just to operate the service. This includes your email address, username and password, and IP address, among other items. This is described further, below.

In rare cases we may need to share your identifying data to comply with a legal obligation. This is described further, below. As with data rights, we believe that all processing of any user’s data should be for a clear and transparent reason.

Vendors – We also contract with various service providers for business and technical services like e-mail delivery, site hosting, marketing, help desk support and others.

The site does not host or receive funding from advertising or from the display of commercial content within the CareClinic App. If any advertisement is shown, it will be clearly marked. Funding for CareClinic is derived from the sale of premium memberships by the general public. There are no partnerships with any pharmaceutical companies directly or indirectly.
